Lea Stokes created Preferred Management Services, Inc. in June of 1995 after an eight year tenure with ITT Community Development Corporation. Preferred Management Services is a full service management firm specializing in community association and commercial management. The current management portfolio consists of over 6000 residential units and eight commercial parks.

Lea is the president of the company and has been in the community association management field for more than twenty years. Lea is a licensed Community Association Manager, a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Certified Property Manager candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Preferred Management Services employs thirteen individuals; seven of which are Licensed Community Association Managers. We have a full service accounting, administrative, and management staff representing over 50 years of combined experience in accounting and association management. The firm is a licensed Community Association Management Firm with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation  in the State of Florida.

Lea has been a resident of Flagler County since 1988. Her civic activities include:

Lea was selected as the Flagler County Business Woman of the Year for 2004 -2005 by the Business and Professional Women of Flagler County.
